How long do I have access to my course?

Most of our courses allow for 12 months access from the date of enrollment. When a course is purchased or granted it notes how long the access duration is. You can also see the expiration date for each course when you go to launch the training.

How long do I have to complete my OSHA course?

OSHA requires that an online OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 course be completed within six months from the day you start the course.

Do I need to finish the course all at once?

No, the course will bookmark so you can enter and exit as often as you like within the specified allocated access time frame for the given course. Most courses allow for 6 or 12 months access.

Will I get a course completion certificate?

Yes all of our courses provide you with a PDF Course Completion Certificate. For courses with Accreditation and CEUs those details will be noted on the certificate as well.

Do you offer refunds?

Typically refunds are not offered once a purchase has been made unless it was fraudulent or made in duplicate. You can see more details about our policy here: Terms & Conditions

Can I take my course on a mobile device?

Yes, our site and the course content is mobile friendly. You do not need any special plugins or additional software.
